This guy is unstoppable! If you want a dahlia that you can never get rid of this is it. I’ve known it to bloom gloriously all summer from a tuber I accidentally dropped in the grass! And produce a new large clump!
Very similar in shape, colour, and form to Cornel Red but generally larger main blooms. The heads can nod a bit early in the season but I find that by Valentine’s Day they firmed up.
